We are so very close to reaching the first anniversary of KBK Connect and BOY have I learned a lot during that time! Something goes terribly wrong! I thought I had thoroughly tested the Zstore Helper plugin, but after I sent out the announcement I discovered that only I could see the configuration link. I am working with the plugin developer to find out what the problem is and will send out a new announcement when it is fixed. I’m super sorry for getting everyone prematurely excited!

I have been very ill over the past month, which has given me a lot of time to think about how I run my business. KBK Connect is always on my mind. I am constantly thinking about how I can make it simpler for me to manage, how I can provide more features to users without charging a ton, and how I can cover the expense of managing the server and providing enough space for KBKc to grow.  {more}

Post Formats is a theme feature introduced with Version 3.1. A Post Format is a piece of meta information that can be used by a theme to customize its presentation of a post. The Post Formats feature provides a standardized list of formats that are available to all themes that support the feature. Themes are not required to support every format on the list. New formats cannot be introduced by themes nor even plugins. The standardization of this list provides both compatibility between numerous themes and an avenue for external blogging tools to access to this feature in a consistent fashion.  {more}
