When you register your account, you are sent an email with your login details, including a ridiculously long password that is a mish-mash of digits. You can copy the password right in your email by highlighting it with your mouse, right click on the text, and select “copy”. Then just paste that into the “Password” field of the login form.

Admin CP > Users > Your Profile
You can change your password here. It is the very last option on the page.
